She completed her GP vocational training scheme in Chelmsford and returned to London to spend 10 years working as a GP. 7 years were spent at the Marylebone Health Centre, a world renowned centre where Traditional Medicine works alongside Complementary therapies.  For the last few years, Dr Ridley has been a GP in Billericay and has established links with local specialists and services to add to her knowledge of Harley Street Specialists.

Dr Ridley prefers to seek out the root cause of disease and dysfunction and views the body as one integrative system. Her approach is to treat holistically, not just the presenting symptoms. Her interest in this practice is currently being consolidated by accreditation to the Institute of Functional Medicine.
